1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Newcastle Racecourse Ladies Day Ticket’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June and on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July 2014 (the "Dates") on Heart North East (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Weekends on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June or Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July 2014 and send a text message with the word “RACE” to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air and lines will be open for ten minutes.
4. One winner will be chosen at random each day from all entries received and will be contacted in the days following the competition.

5. Must be aged 18 or over to enter.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person competition day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
7. One winner each day of the competition will win a set of four Premier Enclosure tickets for use at Newcastle Racecourse Ladies day for 26th July (4 winners in total - 2 in June, 2 in July).
8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
