There will be no access for vehicles, including residents, blue badge holders or taxis, for the duration of the road closures.

Advice for keeping safe and having fun!

Do not bring fireworks or sparklers to this event

Please take responsibility for your children and arrange your own family meeting point should you become separated

Do wear your wellies or appropriate warm footwear for a muddy Common

Do wrap up warm – Bonfire Night is usually chilly

Check the forecast before you go and bring appropriate wet weather gear if necessary – macs are better than umbrellas if you want everyone to be able to see the fireworks easily

Do bring money with you in case you need to buy food or make a donation – hot food stands and confectionary will be available

Definitely say “oooh” and “ahhhh” as much as you like and take lots of selfies with Guy Fawkes who will be on the loose
